Shipping and Return Policy

A business day is defined as any day between Monday through Thursday excluding Fridays, public holidays and weekends.

We reserve the right to close on regular business days and a notice will be posted on the site in such cases.

All orders ship the same business day if the order is placed before 2:00PM PST/PDT.

All totals on our website are priced in USD.

When shipping to a residential address, in most cases, the estimates for shipping days selected at checkout are accurate.

P.O Box addresses can ONLY ship via USPS.

Selecting otherwise may delay your order, incur additional shipping cost or be subject to cancellation.

All sales are final. Products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Buyer is responsible for verifying that their order is placed correctly at checkout.

Once the order has been marked as shipped, YAS INTL will not be able to make any adjustments.

Never return anything without approval from YAS INTL, as we will not be responsible for refunding, returning, or replacing products or shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Product If the buyer receives a damaged or defective product, the buyer must supply photographic proof of damaged product and packaging within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Each damage claim is handled on a case-by-case basis.

YAS INTL will determine if and when claims are valid for credit, refund, or replacement.

Orders Returned by Carrier/Customs If the carrier or customs officials return the product to YAS INTL because there was an issue with the address or the product was not allowed in your country and the product has NOT been opened or tampered with, we will issue a refund only on the product.

Shipping and handling will NOT be refunded. If the carrier returns the product due to an issue created by YAS INTL we will reship your order at our expense
